Gloria is a senior at Highland High School in Palmdale. She is the captain of the school's mock trial team. She was recently awarded a full-ride academic scholarship to University of Washington. She's been singing with M&K for 11 months, and has been learning the piano for about 5 of those months as well.
Gloria is a musical theater kid at heart. We started her lessons by teaching her to control her tone, so she has more versatility, flexibility, and reach in her chest voice. Right now, she's learning to play and sing "A Guy That I'd Kinda Be Into" from the musical Be More Chill.

Becky recently turned 16, and is a true joy to be around. She gets good grades in school and tries to be a good friend to everyone she meets. September of 2018 found Steph filming a Feature Film, "The Mustard Seed", back in Oklahoma. She is a costar in the film that will be released in 2019. On October 14, she performed 5 pieces in the Donna O Studio Fall Concert.
Stephanie was called in to Disney to Guest Star on "Bizaardvark", a popular show for kids, and also worked on "Nightmare Cinema", which will be released in February of 2019. In the annual Creche' performance, Stephanie sang "On a Still and Starry Night". She went on to sing this number and others at performances for The City of Hope. She was especially wonderful in her portrayal of "Elsa" from Disney’sFrozenin scenes for the Pediatric Party at The City of Hope, where she also gave photo time with the kids. The children loved her in her Elsa costume. The City of Lancaster did their "Christmas on the Blvd" show where Stephanie joined Hailey Callison and Hudson Blake in costumed scenes from Frozen performing "For the First Time in Forever" and "Let it Go". They did 3 performances and many photo op's with families and their children. Another adventure for Stephanie in December was the filming of "Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rocking Eve" celebration, which was filmed the first weekend of December at Universal Studios. She had a terrific time filming for 2 days. Congratulations for work well done Stephanie, our Music and Kids Spotlight Student for January!
